hi all

sadly I am not able to appear tomorrow as i have a meeting which I cannot get out of.

Further, need more research on the Garis panduan and clarification on the following :

a. Pelan Dasar Perancangan dan Kawalan Pemajuan
b. establishedd housing before I appear before them, my case is not ready. perumahan tetap sediada.
c. In the garis panduan 2.0 f iii, vii , viii, ix, require further research. They appear to be exceptions where the plot ratio of 2.8 will not be allowed.

LMH has the Pykett case come before full council ?? from my research , there is not even a planning permission application submitted yet. Two earlier submissions had been withdrawn by the developer.

What about the SPC have they allowed the 2.8 plot ratio to Pykett yet ??

We are prepared to tke the matter to court. This is all for our peaceful enjoyment of life, each individual citizens soveriegn right.
