Tuan Roslan,

To assist you I have attached MPPP guidelines for the increased density for your consideration.

The areas in white indicated in the ZONING MAP from MPPP shows areas marked as Established housing [PERUMAHAN TETAP SEDIADA] areas. The areas marked in pink is General housing areas [PERUMAHAN AM]

We believe that the item below is the exception, 20 Pykett is 20 metres from established housing area as indicated along Lorong Pykett and Jalan Westland.

2 (f) (VIII) Bagi lot di zone PERUMAHAN AM yang dalam lingkungan 20 meter zon PERUMAHAN TETAP SEDIADA.
