Dear YDP

The owners of the surrounding area of 20 Lebuhraya Pykett has been served with another NOTICE respecting an application for building. 

Ref: MPPP/OSC/PM(1335)/11[hereinafter referred to as "new application"] is a new application to MPPP by the landowners of 20 Lebuhraya Pykett. The old application MPPP/OSC/PM(1090)/10 [hereinafter referred to as "old application"]

We would appreciate if you can inform us why MPPP is allowing a new application to be made before the old application has been dealt with.

Further as reported in the newspapers the unconditional rebuilding of the illegally demolished bungalow as ordered by the MPPP has not being complied.

This is clearly an abuse of process by the landowners.

We would appreciate if action is taken by YDP immediately.
