      20 pykett penang illegal demolition its the rule of law, the owners have not complied with the orders issued by MPPP, which is empowered under the Town n Country Planning Act. nothing extreme here, just going by the letter of the law. If the landowners not happy should have filed for a judicial review. The laws of our land have machinery to deal with this.
